All of our calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter — your times, age, heart rate and so on — are processed on your device and are never sent to or stored on our servers.

Email sign-ups

If you choose to give us your email to receive the Couch to 5K PDF or running tips, we store that address only to send you the content you asked for and occasional related tips. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time, and we never sell your data.
